THE REVOLT HAS BEGUN.

With a potent smattering of tracks and remixes under the Nerd Revolt name, including a 2008 remix of m.0's "Lift us Up", Innerflight is proud to present Nerd Revolt’s debut EP; a pensive, haunting affair immersed in atmospheric depths.

"Haze of introspection...and sh*t." is a coolly defiant departure from a dance music industry too caught up in the scene to remember the music. Both classically trained musicians, m.0 (em-point-zero) and the iLL.F.O. each bring a distinctive sound and an honest, creative, and disciplined vibe to the Nerd Revolt project, now based out of San Francisco. Their mission is simple: transcend negativity, express creativity, and inspire others.

Opening with "Insomnia," warm reverb and languid beats build momentum for "Synthy Fresh," a twisted arrangement of mutated whispers that make way for a vicious bass line and a moody set-opening track. "Working Title" perfects the classic combination of geeky glitch and bleepy techno goodness, steadily building with machinelike efficiency to "Falling into Consciousness:" an epic, soaring exploration of the subconscious through dark melodics, a submerged beat, and layered, anguished vox.
